The variety of dimsum offered here in Jin Xuan is vast. They have many options of these delicate morsels of delight, being it steamed or chúng tôi personal favorite to have here is the Golden Sand Bun which is basically salted egg yolk custard fillings encased in their soft fluffy steamed buns. Their version is especially plump and juicy with the sweetness, deriving from the shrimps. Another note-worthy dish is the Shrimp Crystal Dumplings, which are shrimps encased in translucent delicate skin which looks like crystal, as the name goes. continue reading

Restoran Jin Xuan Hong Kong is located at Damansara Jaya. It is a restaurant that offers different types of Hong Kong style Dim Sum. The examples of foods served there are Egg Tarts, Fish Balls, Siew Mai, Chinese Yam Paste with pork fillings (Wu Kok), Hong Kong CCF, Wanton Noodles, Char Siew, Siew Yoke with chili and so on. I had tried Chinese Yam Paste with pork fillings. I like this very much and highly recommended to have a try on it. continue reading
